PROCLAMATION NO. 2281
DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 2, 1983, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY
WHEREAS, the people will once again celebrate the Holy Week; and
WHEREAS, the people may be given a day off without detriment to public service on Saturday, April 2, 1983, as a non-working special public holiday.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, April 2, 1983, as a non-working special public holiday. acd
