PROCLAMATION NO. 2412
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10, 1985, AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER AS "NUEVA VIZCAYA DAY"
WHEREAS, Wednesday, April 10, 1985, marks the Foundation Day of the Province of Nueva Vizcaya; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Nueva Vizcaya should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, April 10, 1985, and every year thereafter as "Nueva Vizcaya Day". The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
