Proclamation No. 210-A, issued on June 8, 1967, by President Ferdinand E. PROCLAMATION NO. 210-A

DECLARING A STATE OF CALAMITY IN THE PROVINCES OF RIZAL, BULACAN, PAMPANGA, TARLAC, ZAMBALES, LAGUNA CAVITE, PANGASINAN AND BATANGAS AND THE CITIES THEREIN

WHEREAS, torrential rains and flash floods in the early part of June this year have caused untold suffering and rendered homeless a great number of families, mostly from the low income group; CacTIE

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 105 (v) of Republic Act No. 1937, do hereby declare that a state of calamity exists in the provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Laguna, Cavite, Pangasinan and Batangas and the cities therein.

I enjoin all government and civic relief and welfare agencies and organizations to extend all possible assistance to flood victims and distressed individuals.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
