PROCLAMATION NO. 1123
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 31 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, on 31 March 2021, Wednesday, the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 20th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 31 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 24th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
