PROCLAMATION NO. 449
DECLARING MONDAY, 26 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, DAVAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte, marks the celebration of its 17th Founding Anniversary on 31 March 2018;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Panabo to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Panabo requested that Monday, 26 March 2018 be declared as a special non-working day in lieu of 31 March 2018, the actual anniversary day, which falls on a Black Saturday; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 26 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
