PROCLAMATION NO. 1079
DECLARING THURSDAY, 28 JANUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADADA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR
WHEREAS, on 28 January 2021, Thursday, the Municipality of Padada, Province of Davao del Sur, will mark the celebration of the Paindigay sa Padada; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Padada be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 28 January 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Padada, Province of Davao del Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 19th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
