PROCLAMATION NO. 1224
DECLARING TUESDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR
WHEREAS, on 05 October 2021, Tuesday, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 137th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 05 October 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
