PROCLAMATION NO. 1024
DECLARING MONDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR
WHEREAS, on 05 October 2020, Monday, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 136th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 05 October 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 1st day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
