PROCLAMATION NO. 107
DECLARING FRIDAY, 27 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANTANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Tantangan was created through Executive Order No. 415 which was signed on 27 January 1961;
WHEREAS, on 27 January 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 62nd Founding Anniversary and the 13th Kulitangtang Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tantangan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 27 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 1st day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
