PROCLAMATION NO. 1047
DECLARING MONDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) NGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, on 23 November 2020
DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF A, Monday, the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of the Higantes Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 23 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 17th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
