PROCLAMATION NO. 81
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Angono, Rizal marks the celebration of the Higantes Festival on Wednesday, 23 November 2016.
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
