PROCLAMATION NO. 411
DECLARING MONDAY, 19 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAGO, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, on Monday, 19 February 2018, the City of Bago, Negros Occidental, marks the celebration of its 52nd Charter Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bago be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 19 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bago.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
