PROCLAMATION NO. 40
DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS, on 15 September 2022, Thursday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of the 124th anniversary of the inauguration of the Malolos Congress;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 15 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 17th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
