PROCLAMATION NO. 1013
DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS, on 15 September 2020, Tuesday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of the 122nd anniversary of the inauguration of the Malolos Congress; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 7th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
