PROCLAMATION NO. 94
DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS
WHEREAS, on 15 November 2022, Tuesday, the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands will mark the celebration of its 33rd Charter Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Jose be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 14th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
