PROCLAMATION NO. 1240
DECLARING FRIDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA
WHEREAS, on 12 November 2021, Friday, the City of Valenzuela will mark the celebration of its 398th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 12 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
