PROCLAMATION NO. 834
DECLARING TUESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA
WHEREAS, on 12 November 2019, Tuesday, the City of Valenzuela will mark the celebration of its 396th founding anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 12 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 7th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Nineteen.
