PROCLAMATION NO. 441
DECLARING FRIDAY, 06 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
WHEREAS, on Saturday, 07 April 2018, Mountain Province marks its 51st Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of Mountain Province to fully celebrate the occasion the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Mountain Province requested that Friday, 06 April 2018 instead of 07 April 2018 which falls on a Saturday, be declared as a special non-working day in Mountain Province; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Mountain Province be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 06 April 2018 as a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
