PROCLAMATION NO. 281
DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA
WHEREAS, on Friday, 04 August 2017, the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya marks the celebration of 1st Bayongyong Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 04 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
