Proclamation No. 1559, issued on July 21, 2008, designates August 8, 2008, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 8, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya celebrates the feast of its patron saint, St. Dominic de Guzman on Friday, August 8, 2008; aSCDcH

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, August 8, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
