PROCLAMATION NO. 1287
DECLARING THURSDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2022, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, on 03 February 2022, Thursday, the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 77th Liberation Day; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Biñan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 03 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 26th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
