PROCLAMATION NO. 403
DECLARING SATURDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, on Saturday, 03 February 2018, the City of Biñan, Laguna marks the celebration of its 73rd Liberation Day; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Biñan, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 03 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
