Republic Act No. 7672, enacted on January 10, 1994, designates June 18 of each year as a special non-working public holiday in the Province of Benguet. This date commemorates the creation of Benguet, established by Republic Act No. 4695 on June 18, 1966. The Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 25, 1994. It was enacted without the President's signature, in accordance with the Constitution.

AN ACT DECLARING JUNE EIGHTEEN OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET
SECTION 1. The Province of Benguet was created by virtue of Republic Act No. 4695 which was enacted into law on June 18, 1966. aisa dc
SECTION 2. It is hereby declared that June Eighteen of every year as a non-working public holiday in the Province of Benguet.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
