REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5475
AN ACT CREATING TWO POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, BY AMENDING SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting after the subparagraph relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Davao, the following new subparagraph to read as follows:
"Davao Oriental, two assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
