REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5512
AN ACT CREATING A NEW POSITION OF A MUNICIPAL JUDGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF OROQUIETA, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL
SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, there is hereby created a new position of municipal judge in the Municipality of Oroquieta, Province of Misamis Occidental.
Within thirty days from the approval of this Act, appointment to the new position herein created shall be made. casia
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
