REPUBLIC ACT NO. 292
AN ACT CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF PLACER IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE
SECTION 1. The barrio of Placer in the municipality of Cataignan, Province of Masbate, is separated from the municipality and constituted into a new municipality to be known as the municipality of Placer. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The elective officials of the new municipality shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines and shall hold office until their successors shall have been elected and qualified.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
