LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 466
TO : All Concerned
There is hereby created an inter-agency task force to act as the Philippine Government counterpart team in the preparation for the negotiation of the Third Danish Loan, composed of the following:

1. Present GOP project proposals to the Danish authorities. cdt
2. Conduct preliminary discussions for the terms and conditions of the loan.
3. Provide the Danish experts with staff assistance in their on-the-spot survey of conditions relative to the project proposals. aisa dc
This Order takes effect immediately.
