Creation of Certain Barrios in Surigao, Surigao

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1323
AN ACT TO CREATE THE BARRIOS OF TALISAY, LINUNGGANAN, SUKAILANG, AND BIYABID, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SURIGAO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO
SECTION 1. The sitios of Talisay, Linungganan, Sukailang, and Biyabid, in the Municipality of Surigao, Province of Surigao, are hereby constituted into barrios in the same municipality, to be known as Talisay, Linungganan, Sukailang and Biyabid, respectively.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
