Creation of Certain Barrios in Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur
Republic Act No. 2487, enacted on June 21, 1959, establishes new barrios in the Municipality of Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur. Specifically, it creates the barrio of Abong-abong from the sitios of Malimpune, Lumbia, Cabuso, and Abong-abong, and the barrio of Panubigan from the sitios of Comolang, Balilinan, Pandalatan, Gahi, Talsongan, Catambid, Liguse, Tengao, and Panubigan. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2487
AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIMATALING, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Dimataling, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, are constituted as distinct and independent barrios of said municipality, to wit:
1. The sitios of Malimpune, Lumbia, Cabuso and Abong- abong to be known as the barrio of Abong-abong; and casia
2. The sitios of Comolang, Balilinan, Pandalatan, Gahi, Talsongan, Catambid, Liguse, Tengao and Panubigan to be known as the barrio of Panubigan.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
