Creation of Certain Barrios in Calubian, Leyte

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5323

AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALUBIAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Calubian, Province of Leyte, are hereby converted into barrios of said municipality, to wit:

(a) The sitio of Gantonghao is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Gantonghao;

(b) The sitio of Malobago is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Malobago;

(c) The sitio of Dulao is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Dulao;

(d) The sitio of Petrolio (Boundary C-SI Rd.) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Petrolio;

(e) The sitio of Pates (Busawon) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Pates;

(f) The sitio of Abanilla (Uson) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Abanilla;

(g) The sitio of Obispo (Batuan Tomalestis) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Obispo;

(h) The sitio of Nipa is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Nipa;

(i) The sitio of Tagharigue is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Tagharigue;

(j) The sitio of Igang is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Igang;

(k) The sitio of Cabalhin (Patag) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Cabalhin;

(l) The sitio of Matagok is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Matagok;

(m) The sitio of Kawayanan is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Kawayanan;

(n) The sitio of Kawayan Bugtong is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Kawayan Bugtong;

(o) The sitio of Tuburan is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Tuburan;

(p) The sitio of Pangpang is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Pangpang;

(q) The sitio of Garrido (Laray Gamay) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Garrido;

(r) The sitio of Juson (Sangoraan) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Juson; casia

(s) The sitio of Patag (Benog) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Patag;

(t) The sitio of Pagatpat (Near Bunacan) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Pagatpat;

(u) The sitio of Railes is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Railes;

(v) The sitio of Caneja (Batuan) is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Caneja;

(w) The sitio of Hda. Enaje is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Hda. Enaje;

(x) The sitio of Anislagan is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Anislagan;

(y) The sitio of Bunacan is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Bunacan;

(z) The sitio of Caroyocan is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Caroyocan;

(aa) The sitio of Inalad is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Inalad;

(bb) The sitio of Laray is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Laray; and

(cc) The sitio of Cas-ongan is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Cas-ongan;

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
