Creation of Barrios in Isabela
Republic Act No. 2558, enacted on June 21, 1959, establishes new barrios in the Province of Isabela, Philippines. It specifically creates Barrio Salay from the sitios of Salay and Narien in San Agustin, and Barrio Namnama from the sitios of Sical and Cabal in Tumauini. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2558
AN ACT CREATING BARRIOS IN THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA
SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of San Agustin, Province of Isabela, are constituted into a barrio of the said municipality, as follows:
Sitios Salay and Narien to Barrio Salay. casia
SECTION 2. The following sitios in the Municipality of Tumauini, Province of Isabela, are constituted into a barrio of the said municipality, as follows:
Sitios Sical and Cabal to Barrio Namnama.
SECTION 3. The sitio of Puroc No. 6, Salinungan, in the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela, is hereby converted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Salinungan East.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
