Republic Act No. 3383, enacted on June 18, 1961, establishes the barrio of San Miguel in the Municipality of Lobo, Province of Batangas, by converting the sitio of Viga from the barrio of Tayuman into an independent barrio. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 11, 1962. No executive approval was required for its enactment.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3383
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SAN MIGUEL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOBO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
SECTION 1. The sitio of Viga in the barrio of Tayuman, Municipality of Lobo, Province of Batangas, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of San Miguel.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
