Creation of Barrio Aglipay in San Miguel, Bohol
Republic Act No. 5583, approved on June 21, 1969, establishes Barrio Aglipay in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Bohol, by formally constituting Sitio Aglipay as a barrio. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval. It was subsequently published in the Official Gazette on November 24, 1969.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5583
AN ACT CREATING BARRIO AGLIPAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE OF BOHOL
SECTION 1. Sitio Aglipay in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Bohol, is hereby created and constituted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Aglipay.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
