Creation of Barrio Matipunso in Tiaong, Quezon
Republic Act No. 1765, approved on June 21, 1957, establishes the barrio of Matipunso in the Municipality of Tiaong, Province of Quezon. This new barrio is created from the sitio of Matipunso, which was previously part of the barrio of Niing. The act took effect upon its approval and was later published in the Official Gazette.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1765
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF MATIPUNSO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIAONG, PROVINCE OF QUEZON
SECTION 1. The sitio of Matipunso, barrio of Niing in the Municipality of Tiaong, Province of Quezon, is hereby constituted into a new barrio in the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Matipunso. cd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
