Consolidation of Barrio Matipunso in Tiaong, Quezon with San Antonio, Quezon

Republic Act No. 3361, enacted on June 18, 1961, officially transfers the barrio of Matipunso from the Municipality of Tiaong to the Municipality of San Antonio, both located in the Province of Quezon. The act consolidates Matipunso with San Antonio, thereby altering the administrative boundaries within the province. It took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 4, 1962. Notably, the act was enacted without the need for executive approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3361

AN ACT MAKING THE BARRIO OF MATIPUNSO OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIAONG, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, A PART OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ANTONIO, SAME PROVINCE

SECTION 1. The barrio of Matipunso is hereby separated from the Municipality of Tiaong, Province of Quezon, and is consolidated with and made a part of the Municipality of San Antonio, same province.
