Creation of Barrio Fuentes in Pantukan, Davao del Norte

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5590
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF FUENTES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE
SECTION 1. The sitios of Arog, Til-asan, Pinatatagan and Lease in the barrio of Tambongon, Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao del Norte, are separated from said barrio, and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Fuentes. cdt
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
