Creation of Barrio Daligdigan in Tuburan, Cebu
Republic Act No. 3388, enacted on June 18, 1961, establishes the sitio of Daligdigan as an official barrio within the Municipality of Tuburan, Province of Cebu. The Act comes into effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette a year later. It was enacted without the need for Executive approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3388
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF DALIGDIGAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBURAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU
SECTION 1. The sitio of Daligdigan in the Municipality of Tuburan, Province of Cebu, is converted into a barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Daligdigan.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. casia
