Conversion of Cebu North Provincial High School in Tuburan, Cebu into Tuburan Vocational High School
Republic Act No. 3433, enacted on June 18, 1961, converts the Cebu North Provincial High School in Tuburan, Cebu, into the Tuburan Vocational High School, which will offer secondary vocational courses. The Secretary of Education is authorized to reorganize the school accordingly. An initial appropriation of two hundred thousand pesos is allocated from the National Treasury for the school's operation in the fiscal year 1962, with provisions for future funding included in annual budget acts. The act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on July 9, 1962.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3433
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CEBU NORTH PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBURAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU, INTO A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUBURAN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Cebu North Provincial High School in the Municipality of Tuburan, Province of Cebu, is hereby converted into a national vocational high school to be known as the Tuburan Vocational High School. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly. Vocational courses of secondary level shall be offered in said school. cdt
SECTION 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-two. Such funds as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
