Creation of Appraisal Committee for Expansion of Mariano Marcos Memorial College of Science and Technology

LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 418

Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 614, promulgated on December 19, 1974, converting the Ilocos Norte Institute of Technology, situated in Batac, Ilocos Norte, into a state college to be known as Mariano Marcos Memorial College of Science and Technology and in line with the expansion program of the said educational institution which has been approved by the Office of the President upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Education and Culture, an Appraisal Committee is hereby created to be composed of the Provincial Assessor of Ilocos Norte, as Chairman, with the Provincial Auditor of Ilocos Norte, a representative from the Bureau of Lands, a representative from the Bureau of Public Works, and a representative from the Mariano Marcos Memorial College of Science and Technology, as members.
The Appraisal Committee herein created shall appraise the land area required for the expansion of the aforesaid College and shall submit a report to the President as soon as possible. cd
The foregoing instructions shall take effect immediately.
