CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT EDSA CORNER NORTH AVENUE, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 04-295 (s. 2004), and 14-665 (s. 2014) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Park, to be known as the SM City North EDSA Complex located at EDSA corner North Avenue, Quezon City, with an area of Twenty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-One square meters (26,741 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description: HTcADC

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 118507 [being a portion of Lot 1 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-104291], situated in the Barangay of Diliman Quezon City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 7-1 by Road Lot 2, of the subdivision plan Bsd-11019; on the SE., along line 1-2 by Block 22 (New) of the subdivision plan Bsd-11495; on the SW., along lines 2-4 by Lot 1 and Lot 2, both of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-104291; on the NW., along lines 4-7 by Lot 1, of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-104291;

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 10 deg. 12' W., 2293.58 m. from BLLM No. 7, QC.;
