CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED IN ZONE 6, BARANGAY PANIPUAN, SAN FERNANDO CITY, PAMPANGA, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, hereby create and designate a building to be known as SCRUBBED.NET TECH CENTER, with a gross floor area of Five Thousand Five Hundred square meters (5,500 m²), more or less, and the parcel of land where it stands, located in Zone 6, Barangay Panipuan, San Fernando City, Pampanga, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 15-182 (s. 2015), as amended by Resolution No. 18-210 (s. 2018), with an area of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Six square meters (2,836 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot G-1

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 042-2015003749 (Lot G-1 of the subdivision plan Psd-03-125673), situated in Barangay Panipuan, City of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot N, Psd-03-084614 (OLT), on the SE., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot G-2, Psd-03-125673, and on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot L (Road, 6.00 m.w.) and on the NW., along line 5-1 by Lot H, both of Psd-03-084614 (OLT).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 10 deg. 55' E., 315.03 m. from MBM 12 San Fernando Cadastre;

thence S. 70 deg. 11' E., 26.80 m. to point 2;

beginning; containing an area of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Six Square Meters (2,836 m²), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings True. Date of original survey March 1915-April 1916, and that of the subdivision survey on 07 December 2002 and approved on 21 January 2003.
