CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT AURORA BOULEVARD CORNER DOÑA HEMADY STREET, QUEZON CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as RobinsonsCybergate Magnolia, with a gross floor area of Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen and Ten Hundredths square meters (18,314.10 m²), more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at Aurora Boulevard corner Doña Hemady Street, Quezon City, with an area of Two Thousand Seventy Six and Forty Three Hundredths square meters (2,076.43 m²), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-101 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 18-244 (s. 2018) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

Portion of Lots 1 and 2

A parcel of land (Portion of Lots 1 and 2, Pcs-00-014497), situated in the District of Cubao, City of Quezon, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1 (Portion), Pcs-00-014497; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 2 (Portion), Pcs-00-014497; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 2 (Portion), Pcs-00-014497; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 2 (Portion), Pcs-00-014497; on the SW., along line 5-6 by Lot 1 (Portion), Pcs-00-014497; on the NW., along line 6-1 by Lot 1 (Portion), Pcs-00-014497.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 73 deg. 12' W., 6,490.10 m. from BLLM No. 1 Municipality of Marikina;

thence S. 31 deg. 24' E., 27.36 m. to point 2;

thence S. 31 deg. 24' E., 32.07 m. to point 3;

thence S. 58 deg. 36' W., 34.94 m. to point 4;

thence N. 31 deg. 24' W., 44.93 m. to point 5;

thence N. 31 deg. 24' W., 14.50 m. to point 6;

thence N. 58 deg. 36' E., 34.94 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of Two Thousand Seventy Six and Forty Three Hundredths square meters (2,076.43m²), more or less. Bearings, True; corners 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 50 cm. and the rest is old PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm.; Date of original survey, 08 April-15 July 1920.

The sketch plan and technical description with an area of 2,076.43 square meters (being a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Pcs-00-014497 with an aggregate area of 37,437.48 square meters, registered under the name of Robinsons Land Corporation, covered by TCT Nos. 004-2015002010 and 004-2015002011, respectively) prepared by Geodetic Engr. Jesus Ronald L. Deboloc; was verified by Engr. Patrick A. Macazo, Engineer II, DENR-NCR, on 13 March 2018; checked by Rogelio M. Lapus, Chief — Aggregate Surveys and Correction Section, DENR-NCR, and Engr. Ignacio R. Almira Jr., OIC Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, DENR-NCR on 14 December 2018.
