CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCELS OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT LOTS 8 AND 11, BLOCK 32, 39TH AND 40TH STREETS, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, FORT BONIFACIO, TAGUIG CITY, AS SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as Inoza Tower, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Seven and 57/100 square meters (37,847.57 m²), more or less, and the parcels of land upon which the building stands, located at Lots 8 and 11, Block 32, 39th and 40th Streets, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, with an aggregate area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Four square meters (2,494 m²), more or less, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 13-229 (s. 2013) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 2292-P (Lot 8, of the subdivision plan Psd-00-059861, being a portion of Block 32, Pcs-00-009459 LRC Rec. No.), situated in the Barangay of Fort Bonifacio, City of Taguig, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 11, of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 9, of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Reserved Access Lot 1 (20.00 m. wide) of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 7, of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 28 deg. 46' W., 4,140.63 m. from BLLM No. 1 Mcad-590-D, Taguig Cadastral Mapping;

thence S. 71 deg. 48' E., 32.00 m. to point 2;

thence S. 18 deg. 12' W., 38.96 m. to point 3;

thence N. 71 deg. 48' W., 32.00 m. to point 4;

thence N. 18 deg. 12' E., 38.96 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven square meters (1,247 m²), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms; bearings, true; date of original survey September-December 1907 and that of the subdivision survey 1-14 February 2002 and was approved on 30 July 2002 by the Chief Regional Surveys Division, DENR, LMS, National Capital Region Quezon City.

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 2293-P (Lot 11 of the subdivision plan Psd-00-059861, being a portion of Block 32, Pcs-00-009459 LRC Rec. No.), situated in the Barangay of Fort Bonifacio, City of Taguig, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 12 of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Reserved Access Lot 2 (20.00 m. wide) of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 10 of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 8 of the subdivision plan.
