Coverage of the Entirety of Office Order No. 13-2013-B
The Supreme Court Office Order No. 13-B-13, issued on November 15, 2013, expands the coverage of Office Order No. 13-2013 to include additional jurisdictions. Specifically, this order now encompasses the Court of Appeals-Cebu, as well as the courts located in Masbate, Biliran, and Southern Leyte. The recommendation for this expansion came from Court of Appeals Presiding Justice Andres B. Reyes and Court Administrator Midas P. Marquez. The order is signed by Chief Justice Maria Lourdes P.A. SUPREME COURT OFFICE ORDER NO. 13-B-13
Upon the recommendation of Court of Appeals Presiding Justice Andres B. Reyes and Court Administrator Midas P. Marquez, the coverage of the entirety of Office Order No. 13-2013 is hereby expanded to include the Court of Appeals-Cebu, and the courts in Masbate, Biliran, and Southern Leyte.
