REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10042
AN ACT CONVERTING THE DAPA-UNION-GEN. LUNA ROAD, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE INTO A NATIONAL SECONDARY ROAD
SECTION 1. The Dapa-Union-Gen. Luna Road, Province of Surigao del Norte is hereby converted into a national secondary road. IaCHTS
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation. ISTECA
