REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10075
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ASUNCION-SAN ISIDRO, DAVAO DEL NORTE-LAAK, COMPOSTELA VALLEY-VERUELA, AGUSAN DEL SUR ROAD SECTION INTO A NATIONAL SECONDARY ROAD
SECTION 1. The Asuncion-San Isidro, Davao del Norte-Laak, Compostela Valley-Veruela, Agusan del Sur Road Section is hereby converted into a national secondary road. CHcETA
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
