REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10105
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CORRALES EXTENSION ST. TO PORT ROAD (MACABALAN), CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Corrales Extension St. to Port Road (Macabalan), Cagayan de Oro City is hereby converted into a national road. EIAaDC
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
