Conversion of Wangan Brgy. High School in Kalinan, Davao City Into a National Agricultural School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 138, enacted on February 8, 1982, converts the Wangan Barangay High School in Kalinan, Davao City, into the Wangan National Agricultural School. AN ACT CONVERTING THE WANGAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN KALINAN, DAVAO CITY, INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE WANGAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Wangan Barangay High School in Kalinan, Davao City, is hereby converted into a national agricultural school to be known as the Wangan National Agricultural School.
SECTION 2. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, the necessary sum for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
