REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7565
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SILAGO, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SILAGO HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Silago Health Infirmary.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
