REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7332
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN RAFAEL HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the San Rafael Health Infirmary. acd
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
